About Expedition Press
Expedition Press is a poetry-focused letterpress shop in Seattle, run by artist Myrna Keliher. Our mission is to deepen regard for language and connect people with poetry.
We make art with words on paper and share it. Mostly that's poetry broadsides (retail only) and notecards (available wholesale). All of our products are designed and printed in-house, and ship worldwide from our Seattle shop.
Please visit our retail site if you want to explore our press and process more in-depth.
About our wholesale line
Expedition Press offers a line of letterpress notecards for thoughtful people who want to connect.
We're known for heart-stopping poetry selections and kind-hearted notes with simple, striking typographic designs. Our line is about connection: to oneself, to others, to books and authors who offer language that helps us live better.
Giftable & frameable
Featuring a mix of poetry and personal notes, people frame and gift our notecards as often as they mail them. It's seriously affordable artwork that doubles as stationery.

Crafted with care & sustainable materials
Letterpress printed from handset type, with archival ink on renewable paper, our prints are made to last. Notecards are packaged in compostable cello sleeves and the envelopes they come with (as well as our tags!) are 100% recycled and recyclable.

Flat notecards with envelopes, in two sizes
Each flat notecard is packaged as a single print with a kraft envelope. The backs are blank except Expedition's logo and a credit line for the poetry prints. Our notecards come in two sizes that fit many standard stationery displays: 4x6" and 3.5x5".
We also have a few tiny notes (2x3.5") and bookmarks (2x6") that come in packs of 6 or 12 and are great for countertop displays.

Pairs well with books
We’re passionate about getting people to read more poetry. While they stand on their own as artwork or stationery, our poetry notecards are also access points. They help connect people with the books they’re from and are easy-to-share gifts for those who know and love the book or author.

Always with permission
We always get permission to print others’ words. All our poetry prints have a credit line on the back with bibliographic information including copyright. We deeply value our relationships with the poets and publishers we work with.
Grateful for community
While Myrna wears most hats, a lot of other people are involved with Expedition Press. Our work is supported by a lively cadre of artists, authors, printers, bookbinders, customers, engineers, family, friends, interns, poets, publishers, bookstores and well-curated shops for whom we are deeply grateful.
If you're not already one of our stockists, we'd love to have you join the fold!
